Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. However, we stand by the quality of our educational resources and offer the following assurances:

  • You experience technical issues that cannot be resolved within 48 hours of contacting support.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has already been downloaded or accessed
  • The request is based on changing your mind
  • You expected functionality not stated in the product description
  • Your device, software, or network does not meet compatibility requirements

We currently do not offer exchanges, but if a product update becomes available, it will be accessible free of charge to all existing customers.
